Walk in/Workout was greeted by a bright, sunny morning, but a bit cool. That was just as well, because the 15-minute walk in included one mighty hill climb!

Getting into things in the scenic Arbor Park, the 30-minute PT session utilised anything available at the location and finished with mat work and soaking up some rays before a delightful 15-minute walk back.

If you need an outdoor 60-minute workout with a difference, message John here.
