Ascent Fitness isn’t in the business of making a walking difficult unnecessarily.  A walking circuit will be prepared with an end purpose (e.g. the Point to Pinnacle) in mind and matched to a person’s interest and fitness goals.

It’s a win at Ascent Fitness when we can encourage someone to keep on walking without us.  Meaningless tests of your physical capacity aren’t really where we are at.  There’s too many nice places – some where you will be quite challenged to get to – to bother with needless tests of physical endurance.

If you’re going to walk up a steep, rough trail in a remote area, there had better be a good view in the middle and a hot cuppa at the end!
