Social Climbers
Improve spatial awareness, climbing skills and reduce height anxiety.
Increase your Confidence in Climing & Heights
Start at ground level
Your first step is to have a 1-on-1 assessment, to see where things are at for you, and to understand what triggers your height anxiety. When you make it through our entry-level tasks under your own steam, you are ready for group activities.
Even in the group, you are going to go at things at your own pace, your own level. You take on the next challenge when you’re ready.
60-minute group sessions are 6pm-7pm Fridays until October. There is no natural light, so head torches are a must. If it’s dry, we climb. If it’s wet, we night hike.
There are also opportunities to build on your skills developed in group sessions to take things to the next level at climbing attractions in the area. These will be on weekends during the day.
And, with your confidence increased, let’s put it to good use in hikes and on mountains. And, our own hiking group – the Blue Sign Hiking Society – is there for that!
