With 10 years’ experience helping people living with disability, Dr John Ralph works with people through the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) to increase social and community participation.

With a wide range of life experience a genuine interest in people and learning about what you know, there is no topic that can’t become a great conversation.

Meet John Ralph

OUTDOOR FITNESS SPECIALIST

John is a qualified Personal Trainer in Launceston, Tasmania and holds degrees in Sport Science, Biomedical Science (Honours) and a Ph.D. in Chemistry. That’s an unlikely background to creating a niche personal training business but, as you will quickly pick up when you meet him, passion drives him. And walking fitness is one of his great passions

We’re a bit different as we have a strong focus on Outdoor fitness. Through our wide range of expertly-designed fitness programs, we help you become more confident, challenge yourself and have fun.
